The Elms Bed & Breakfast Inn, located in Greater Portland Maine, is a graceful historic home over looking the Presumpscot River. 			Cumberland Room - $150 A pair of Queen Anne, four post, full sized beds, private bath w/ shower decorative fireplace.

Third Floor Guest Rooms:

			The Mill Room - $130 Two full-sized cannon ball posted beds. Charming Sitting area with Herringbone parquet hardwood floors. (Masculine Room)
			Cottage Room - $99 Sun-Drenched Room, Twin beds, Sitting area, Writing desk & Riverview.

			Cub Cave - $79 Features a library and writing desk area. This is a small cozy room with a Twin bed.

Reservation Policy
A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee a reservation. A deposit of one third (1/3) of the reservation is required to confirm, with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay. Deposit becomes non-refundable. Balance of lodging is processed upon check-in. Incidentals are processed at check out. There are no refunds for early departures.
